So you show up, learn about the sport of biathlon, do some "learn to cross country ski" (they do classic or skate), do a rifle safety thing, then they let you on the range!
You also get a trail pass for the day to cross country ski all day.

Oh yeah, bobsled track is ready to go. Both the FIL and IBSF have held test events.
The rest of the area around the track is still well under construction, but the track itself is ready to go!

As somebody who spent over 20 years in a NASCAR track media center, there are people there that have been with the tour for many years that also do not belong
