You are no longer in the position of this being supplemental income or a nest egg. At this point, you have contractors who you trust to do work. If they are rental properties you probably have a cleaning company that assists with turnover. Like what the fuck is "mom and pop" about this?

Just to add to the incredulity of this statement, where I live, there's a limit on the number of properties you can manage (it's less than 5 for sure). After that point, you have to form a business entity and there's a bunch of stipulations behind it. At that point this is your full time job...
