100% legit movie and game critic. Dabbling artist. Overflowing optimism and schlock enjoyer. Will defend a 6/10 movie to the death.
Senate Dems, ones without fear of being primaried in the upcoming election, capitulated their one line in the sand against a proven authoritarian administration.

They are weak, feckless, and utterly devoid of any backbone. They have failed their constituents. Completely and utterly reprehensible.

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, developed by Eidos Montreal might be in my top 5 single player experiences within the last five years.

I played through it a while ago now, and as the years been coming to a close, I’ve been silently putting together a list.

Democracy is a pure ideal. A government by the people, of the people, and for the people. But when its leaders attack the people, imprison the people, and target the people who only want their voice to be heard, their rights to be respected, then the democracy has failed and authoritarianism is born

God, I hate every single person that keeps electing this sycophant. Lindsey Graham is a plague on this already miserable state and his constant brown nosing is reprehensible and disgusting. Every time he’s up for reelection, I pray he gets filtered out, but I’m always disappointed.

Can’t believe we exist in a world of diarrhoea forever

Yeah, fuck right off. Who the fuck looks at this and goes “yeah my high school kid should work the overnight shift without a guaranteed meal break on a school night.” You can kiss my ass. You’re supposed to protect the futures of these children and ensure a better quality life. Not whatever this is.

No surprise that the auto tariffs are such a key push for Trump, considering that Tesla is one of the companies that stands to benefit the most due to their 80-87% domestic parts. Thinly veiled attempt at sucking off his stooge boy Elon.

Insane behavior coming from the us government. How does no one check the members of the group?

Deeply embarrassing. White House bought and paid for by the dumbest motherfucker on the planet so corrupt with self serving greed. Remember when people got on Obama for wearing a tan suit? You’d think that lot would have more to say on this than bow down to a foreign national owning our nation.

How the fuck does Russian state media “sneak” its way “accidentally” into the Oval Office? Motherfucker, are you out of your damn mind? You don’t vet who gets into the most secure and prestigious room in the goddamn country?

Disgusting, reprehensible, alarming, and shameful. America has no king, no subjects, no crown. It has a people, and while some might be misguided, it will never, ever, ever submit to a tyrant who proclaims himself king. That goes against the very principles this nation was founded on.

Picked up serious writing again recently. This time it’s gonna happen, for sure! I swear!

Had a friend read the beginning of the book and he was amazed by it, left great feedback but overall said he was wowed and looking forward to more.

Have great idea.

Show friend.
For fucks sake.
It’s just Star Wars again.

Had a productive chat with a friend of mine about the process of writing stories, feeling invigorated. Back to the drafts, gonna give it another go.

I genuinely think that Gregory Alan Isakov’s cover of Trapeze Swinger by Iron & Wine might be the greatest song ever made.

Finally got around to playing through Phantom Liberty. I found it to be a deeply compelling narrative that had me hooked right from the start all the way through. The final 10 minutes of the dlc had me so engrossed. I love, love, love when a story delivers on all expectations.

Man, hate losing MtG drafts to a classic case of "This board state is so good, the only thing that can beat me is this very specific rare that would be the only out they could top deck." Only to see the opponent top deck that single out
Back to back to back to back to back losses. Ah well, next time

Player housing in WoW is awesome. But I get a feeling that it will be implemented in the dumbest way possible. Well, perhaps not the dumbest if we look at FFXIV.

Something tells me Blizzard is gonna muck it up for no other reason than because they’re inclined to goof it.

Everyone has a pet magic card, one that you desperately try to make work no matter what. Perhaps it’s one you grew up with, found it in your first pack. Perhaps you fell in love with the art, or its design. For me, it’s Archangel of Thune.
