anyway i did my best and i was pretty happy with how it turned out. i checked with him a couple times to see if he wanted me to change anything about what i was doing or if it was all good, and he said it looked like the same shape as before (he wanted me to maintain the shape) so he was happy :)

i got a guided wellness journal so i can actually write in it daily, but now i wish it had more blank spaces so i could write other stuff. luckily i have a different notebook that i can use since i never filled it up 🤣

I hadn't heard of it before but I looked it up and it seems really cool!
