Almost finished Gary Stevenson's book, The Trading Game. There have been chunks of it that I don't understand at all and never will, but other parts resonate with me in my soul. I'm telling you, if he's not AuDHD I'll eat my socks!

My son just told me that "sober rats prefer silence, but if given cocaine they like jazz" and I can't help but think that "Cocaine Jazz Rats" would be such an awesome band name

Mad out here today. November 1st - heard the first Xmas song in a shop (Live Aid - DTKIC), and I'm fairly sure the people in front at the till have done their full and complete Xmas shopping, including tree, decorations & sweets!

I don't understand how anyone can think that living in a multicultural society is a bad thing. They say "people don't integrate" but how can they if you don't give them a chance to do so? I don't want to integrate with people who think like you do either!
