If your child isn't talking to you, you cannot be their "doormat". Also maybe if you want your kids to keep talking to you, examine YOUR speech and actions. I cut off contact with my family. Why? Because they were loud-n-proud bigots. 99% of the time it's YOUR fault. Deal with it.

We love her SO MUCH but we were sitting here crying because all our usual tactics for appeasing her were NOT working. 😭 And we just cannot talk to her 24/7 when we're trying to work, which was already stressing us out.
