I have got to get back into shape... I don't need to ever get back to "30 year old triathlete" shape again, but "doesn't break into a sweat putting on jeans" shape would be great!

I've been riding #BART since I started my new job and it's mostly been great, saving me dozens of hours of commuting in traffic over the past year! My biggest gripe is that their schedules seemingly change regularly and without notice.
