Can people pls realise small businesses rely on feedback lots, like on etsy.
If a problem happens with an item PLEASE msg the seller first before leaving a horrible 1-2 star rating.
Most of the time, the seller will offer a replacement or refund.
Small businesses are NOT big companies, it affects us
