I listed Disabled American Veterans and National Antifascist Coalition in my "clubs or organizations" section.
I followed that up with a note asking to be excused from jury duty because I refuse to spend 3 days disarmed.

No, he can't. By law, orders for federalization *must* go through the governor, who has the option of saying "No." If Trump doesn't like that, he's free to sue in court — but meanwhile, those troops stay under Walz's command, NOT Trump's. Walz can tell his NGCO: any order not from me is invalid.

By federal law, Federalization orders have to go through the governors. If Walz activates his guard units, they're under HIS command, not Trump's, and Trump can try to federalize, but Walz has the right to say, "NO." And then let Trump sue in court while the MN NG removes the ICE.
