I've got my second spindle from Spindeleien (pictured in the back). Shop owner Ulrich is well known for recycling different things like drawer handles, spindle tops or even rubber wheels.

I've treated myself with homemade waffles w/ applesauce after I've wasted so much time to follow a pattern.
Intarsia won't be my fave, so I've split the instructions in manageable steps for my brain. It may involve more sewing, but at least there's a high chance I'll finish it.

This set was sleeping in my WIP basket for way too long. I even forgot which fiber ist is... I'm pretty sure there's Zwartbles in it, becuse I can sense a specific scent from it (generally I'm living with olfactory blindness)

For this I have my little crossarm spindle ready in my pocket. Making the best of it 😊
