I can kind of empathize with the desire to pass off your kid’s persistent questions and odd interests off to the robot, but Christ, kids need to learn that “I don’t know” is a real answer and that it’s ok to wait to find things out

Also just spitballing and yeah I’d love states to wield the power they can, but “business friendly” libs (which is most of them) aren’t gonna do something that creates massive liabilities and legal quagmires for companies that operate nationwide.

One thing I miss about teaching middle school is how many kids would be like “Mr jones mr jones!! Check it out! I spent hours on this and it’s freaking garbage but I’m so proud!!”

Different scales. All the big feelings in Total War come from those moments where the enemy breaks at just the right time, or the scrappy lil formation manages to hold the hill without routing. Not the events on the big map
