They investigate themselves. That's the first problem. They label it as domestic terrorism, so that automatically defers to the FBI. They did the same thing 3 weeks ago. Minneapolis lost all jurisdiction in the investigation because of that. Not even the vehicle could be inspected. It's corruption.

Killing an unarmed, subdued, citizen, is not legal in any state of reality. Falsification of facts to divert responsibility or prevent justice is also not legal in any sense. As citizens, if we lie to law enforcement, we are breaking the law. Same applies.
