Don’t Microsoft get OpenAi if the latter fails ? So it’s kind of a win - win for them ? Or will they go bust in that case ?

From what I gathered , he didn’t really leave a legacy for others to pick up and follow ? Like he built a huge electoral machine, is still very liked but hasn’t done much with it aside from podcasts? Like the Clintons kept their hands in for decades, but he hasn’t done the legwork it seems.

I assume this lad jerks off to the Roman Empire, who was known from the earliest days to well past the collapse of Fatimid Caliphate for its ability to send wave after wave and constantly recover losses.

Always a pleasure seeing those boards. Are they all custom built terrain pieces ?

Very excited to see how props get on, for both teams

I can understand seeing your work being pirated can be very hurtful, especially if you are not a big author.

But I don't think most pirated copies are equal to lost sales if it follows the same rules as gaming piracy.

Thanks for posting that, that was a very interesting read. Some eye popping numbers, such as how big Roblox is or how much Google/Apple take as a cut in their app stores.

The one through point I can discern with regards to Trump's militarism is that he hates the idea of regular troops on the ground.

Drones, air strikes, naval assets, JSOC involvement all grand, but he flinches away from large scale troop deployments.

I hope we can play the A players, or else I will have to dig out my boots

I like it, cautiously optimistic. Some new caps, some guys brought back after good form. Some guys lucky to be there but that’s due to injury , we will a bigger turnover over summer I reckon.

I think it’s decided at end of comp, and iirc the final list was different from a shortlist one year.

Yeah I did the same double take when i heard Tooze say he was doing some work for a gulf state a couple years ago. Although judging by some of his recent comments perhaps I should have copped on sooner.

Like I do understand that things aren’t all rosy here, and many governments may indeed shift right.

But it’s a bit cart in front of the horse lads .

Yes the sole super power in the world is striking at every continent in the world and has it’s own gestapo assaulting it’s people, but have you considered the possibility of some European countries electing far right politicians in 5 years is actually much worse than that ?

That wasn’t very rational of them.

Take it easy lass. Paint some minis, read a good book, take a nice walk. Important to keep yourself hale and hearty before taking on the world.

Don't let the bastards win 👍
