At 10 am on ⁦‪@MSNOWNews,‬⁩ I’ll discuss Smith transcript. He debunked the claim that Trump was just contesting an election like other presidents. Trump knowingly engaged in fraud and took steps to obstruct the lawful transfer of presidential power.

.. the fact that Trump's Jan 6 coup attempt didn't end with him in prison is perhaps America's biggest miscarriage of justice ever

Smith: I think who should be accountable for this is Donald Trump. These records exist because, in the case of the senators, Donald Trump directed his co-conspirators to call these people to further delay the proceedings. He chose to do that.

Smith: We had also interviewed Boris Epshteyn… He corroborated that they were, in fact, trying to call senators. He dissembled and tried to imply that the president hadn’t directed him to do it, even though there was a text message saying specifically that they had.

Smith: He was getting calls from people he trusts, people he relies on—and he still refused to come to the aid of the people at the Capitol. That’s very important evidence for criminal intent in our case.

Trump also had a “pattern” of rejecting information that didn’t fit his false narrative.

All of this.
This is not hard. Artists are not responsible for ensuring the Kennedy Center remains relevant and successful. The center’s board is responsible for that, in a fiduciary way. All of this energy being directed at artists should be re-directed at the board.

Watching Trump talk about Putin’s intentions for Ukraine is like a Helsinki redux. He just doesn’t get it.

Putin has never changed his demands and they amount to Ukraine surrendering its own country. Trump saying Russia wants Ukraine to succeed was so absurd that even Zelensky had to crack a smile.

Still mind-blowing that a top admin official was revealed to have taken $50,000 in cash in a paper bag from people looking for government favors, the reaction of the administration was "Whatever losers, this is how it works now" and bigshot news media said "If you say so, we'll forget about it"

Justice officials felt sure Homan would not be able to obtain a security clearance based on the evidence gathered. It remains unclear how Homan was eventually granted clearance.

It’s not our duty to just smile and nod when a man with this much power demonstrates that he’s a pathological liar and an imbecile. Quite the contrary. Real patriots say out loud this is just plain nuts and he’s unfit to hold office.
