I think I’m definitely experiencing signs and symptoms of overtraining. How many rest days do you take? And are they active recovery days or full on rest days? The thought of doing nothing active at all makes me anxious, but I can manage that. Has anyone else ever recovered from overtraining?

I could not tell you a single meaningful anecdote about these people or their lives but to cover how I came to know them all in one fell swoop, I can tell you about all their dicks and buttholes.
Here’s a picture of me and 50 of my closest gay male friends. They are my chosen family. I know absolutely nothing about their actual family of origin or childhood, and I don’t even know what their job is, but we vacation and party together so we are very close!!!!

Hello! My name is Samir Frances and I am a first-time author of a queer gothic-noir murder mystery/romance novel called Ivonwood. I am a public servant and I have been teaching myself how to write music. I’m married to a stupidly tall man and my fur child is a Chinese Shar-Pei named Ludo.
