All I can do is keep trying and not give up. I know it every single day, but I live a lifetime without physical disabilities and it’s so difficult to accept and move on. Like, I know how to accomplish “fill in the blank“ the physical ability is a hindrance now.

Took just over 3 hours to get ready for the day. The afternoons are filled with taking immense amount of times to accomplish “normal everyday tasks” folding laundry takes forever, making food for myself take some time.
Been trying to stand up out of my chair for the last half hour unsuccessfully

Lots of full body spasms going on so far. #MS

Didn’t end up on the floor yesterday or today(as of yet)

Just all sorts of other bullshit. #MS.

Had a chance to visit in 2018. It’s pretty great.

Ended up being two calls yesterday. Ugh. This fucking sucks. #MS
