Always rethinking how I can better transfer and move around to where I need to get to be. Been thinking about a new way to transfer out of bed and was successful with it this morning. 🤞 that I can replicate this.

Had a dream last night in which I met Trump. He was saying all sorts of vile stuff to people, so it was very realistic. At some point, he loosened his tie and turned into the James Austin Johnson representation.

Didn’t take as long to get out of bed this morning as opposed to yesterday, but that’s because I had help transferring. Some mornings I know it just takes time and I can do it myself. Other times I know within minutes of waking up that I will need help. Always thankful that the help is there. #MS

When I got diagnosed, there was a family member who told my wife it’ll be OK. This was based on them knowing one other person with #MS and assuming that everyone is affected the same way. I would be OK because the person they know was OK.

My day so far–
Woke up about 5:15 AM. Got out of bed by myself, but it took about 45 minutes.
Not much movement going on after that, still “waking up“.
Started getting dressed/ready for the day at around 9 AM.
It’s an hour and a half later and I’m still working on that.

Super proud of my son for making his freshman basketball team. He put together a plan, stuck to it and achieved his goal. So very fucking awesome.

Recently got this for my left leg. It has caused no like major changes as of yet, and I don’t necessarily think it’s gonna do anything or shattering for my physical condition, but I have gotten more movement out of my left leg than I have in years. #MS
