I am celebrating the life of a dear friend, Walter Brueggemann. He died today at the age of 92 & has been a constant source of support over the years. I know there is a cloud of witnesses welcoming him home on the other side, but we'll miss him over here.

I got laid off today, with the rest of 18F.
18F was an elite federal software shop. We made gov't websites work better, more efficiently for the American people. We saved taxpayers from getting screwed over by contractors. And were fired for it.
