How funny to find you on this thread, John. I've only this evening been in contact with someone who i hope can make replacement hats. Hannah @fitchandmcandrew.bsky.social gave me some today as Valentines gifts, mostly with hats, one without. One day, I'll bore you with my collection 😀😃🙂

It does that. It comes and goes for me without warning, like flicking a switch. I've taken to looking at films of summer gardens and looking at the tiny new growth at the base of perennials in my garden. And snowdrops! You're not alone. Spring is around the corner.Think of the joy that will bring

Morning. The one on the left is a costrel used for carrying a drink. It would have had a leather strap threaded between the lugs for carrying. The other two are small jugs, about 6" tall. They're typical of the pots made on the border between Hampshire and Surrey. We're very lucky to own them 🙂
