Finished watching S2 of Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft.
Really enjoyed it, think it really found its groove here after a fun but uneven S1. Plot is bonkers, but in a fun way. Lara's perfect, although I wish they'd done more with Sam's involvement in the story.
Wish we were getting a S3!

Finished watching S2 of Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft.

Finally got to play through the Silent Hill 2 remake.
Despite all signs pointing to the contrary before launch, this turned out to be a truly spectacular reimagining of one my favourite games. Maybe a little too heavy on the combat, but DAMN if it ain't a spectacular and intense experience. Loved it

Finally got to see HEAT, one of my all-time favourite films, in cinemas tonight. Amazing movie, and really cool to see it on the big screen, with the big damn BANG BANGS. Hoo Ah!

One of the best looking games of the year, no doubt, and it's 'Journey' style...uh...journey is entertaining to witness.
The game itself? Not really all that into it. Kinda slow and standard mild puzzles/platforming. A beautiful work of art, but just an 'okay' game.

Played through KEEPER on Xbox.

It's likely that people in some regions had time to play AND beat this game on Xbox before Konami officially announced its availability. Truly a bizarre way to release one of last year's most popular games on new platforms. Check under your seats, the Switch 2 version is probably there already!
