The happiness I feel when we bake is
like a rollercoaster twisting track of orange behind us
on the beach,
as we dance on sand
similar to cake crumbs.

A cupcake case is a patterned dress-up coat
for a circle cake.

The bottom of a cake is a cuddle
of soft, golden, spongy trampolines.

A smaller icing circle is a face,
blushing with peach happiness,
shaped with carefree joy.
An edible icing art sticker-like sphere
in the icing, too,
is worn by the cake as a hat.

The happiness I feel when we bake is
like a rollercoaster twisting track of orange behind us
on the beach,
as we dance on sand
similar to cake crumbs.

Far away from the rollercoaster,
at night, in rain,
on the edge of a pier,
enjoyable as an experience
in glittering dodgem cars.
