Another one. My Christmas gift was golf trip to Phoenix. It leaves Super Bowl Sunday. If the Bears make it, am I justified in skipping the trip? What would you do if we're J.J and JJ going to the SB?

Yesterday, a ref announced a DPI and said "by rule, the ball will be placed at the spot of the foul". Is that verbiage scripted? I'm struggling to find something besides a Rule that dictates penalty yardage. The refs whim? Royal decree? Something that old gypsy woman said?
