It's because he vetoed a bill that was specifically going to give companies free money without a medical diagnosis and she didn't like that because her "wellness" company Respin Health was set to grift from it.

On X there is a tiny icon to the right of the "Account Based In" info, to indicate if you're using vpn.
May be that they've pulled it too. They added a feature just a week ago to show where every account is based and axed it in panic because all these vocal MAGA accounts were based overseas.
