So bored of these kinds of hot takes on mental health. As someone who lives with PTSD, it's not "just words" but a condition that has a profound impact on every part of my life, and my ability to get through any given day. I'm lucky to have support in that, too many don't and therein lies the issue.

At constituency office today cannot stress enough how much I miss it. Sure the Home Office has air conditioning & is next to an Itsu but it will never hold such fondbess until they set up regular pop bys from people like Ann to talk about her ailments or Juliet to share her views on the Royals.
