Not really a wargame, but there was the Dungeons & Dragons Miniatures Game. Had a starter box and everything, and all the official minis from 2003 to the early 2010s had point values on the bottom.

I still have some copies of the DEATH CUT IN STONE alpha zine. If you'd like one just let me know and I'll throw it in the mail for yah. @mallenhall.com did find a big typo so I'll need to fix that and update the PDF later today.
