Version 1.1 is out. @mallenhall.com found a big typo with initiative and I made some other slight changes. I might print the correction to Initiative on little slips of paper and fix it in the prints. We'll see.
Update to v1.1
First Update! Someone found a pretty big typo. Initiative was the same text as Deployment. I also made a few other tweaks. Initiative : This now has the correct text Down: Slight change to the wording...

I still have some copies of the DEATH CUT IN STONE alpha zine. If you'd like one just let me know and I'll throw it in the mail for yah. @mallenhall.com did find a big typo so I'll need to fix that and update the PDF later today.

The actual release should happen before the end of the year.

PAX was an amazing time. Got to hang with @worldchamp.bsky.social all weekend, see some good friends, and meet some incredible new people. Dreading going back to real life. If we chatted about coming on the show hit me up and lets do it!

In 2025 I will begin publishing Cairn supplements for third parties, under the moniker Cairn Press.

If you're a writer and want help with editing, layout, or printing I should be able to hook you up with the right people.

My goal is to make more Cairn content and get people paid for their work.

I made a skirmish game. We're wrapping up art and layout now, but I wanted to share the alpha.

DEATH CUT IN STONE is a brutal old west skirmish game that hacks @lukegearing.bsky.social Violence system. It's designed to be quick to pick up and fast to play, rarely lasting longer than 2-3 rounds.
