This #kitbash was going to be my entry into #PeculiarRobotContest 2024. Right at the end, I dropped the head and it smashed on the ground. I was able to fix (ie remake) it, but not in time for the deadline.

Got it in my head to find a skeleton figure and convert it into a #Doom revenant.
Finally found a suitable figure (scale, poseable, realistic-ish), but it needs some mods to make it less silly and cartoonish. First: rework the hands.
