Have you gone through something similar?

I experienced this in two startups as an IC PM and designer. Aside from the initial tech setup, it felt like doing everything at least twice. All the UI, documentation, change mangement, marketing… it's launching a business with extra steps. Not useful when you have a limited runway.

Holy cow yes. We got e-bikes and e-scooters zipping about on both roads and bike paths with wanton abandon and a disregard for laws and personal safety.

Fair enough! I’m just observing ride sharers’ cycling inexperience means they should especially consider helmets. And I say this as a helmet-wearing cyclist.
