Photographer here. It’s a real photo, but the background, like Trumps, is fake & oddly dark. The “sheen” is due to there being no shadows on his face. That’s because there are 4 lights on him: Top, 2 sides, bottom (see eyes). The bottom light is too powerful thus no contour. Sorry for the close up.
