I wish I was optimistic about birthright. But after the immunity ruling, among many others this year, I just don't have any faith in SCOTUS to do the right thing.

I'm sure some "independents" but Musk is very polarizing. Much like Trump is, so I'm not sure how many would actually be lost. Remember, millions of 2020 voters just simply stayed home in 2024. Those are probably a much larger percentage than I'd be worried about.

Can the deplorable 6 be deported? Since there's no explanation for this heinous and egregious order, there's no legitimate reason they can't be deported now because apparently fuck due process. 🙄

I ask this with great sadness, but are we at the point where it is time to admit America has finally failed? SCOTUS has failed us and will continue to do so far beyond Trump's second term. SCOTUS is a MAGA Court for decades to come. I fear the harm they've caused is irreversible at this point. 😔
