I watched Apple unveil its new Liquid Glass design language for its software platform, but I can't stop thinking about how much of a bad copy it is of Microsoft's Aero Glass from 2006.

If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.

NEW: The Supreme Court directs the Trump administration to "facilitate" the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia from a prison in El Salvador, where he was sent due to an "administrative error." It also somewhat narrows the district court's order.

They are snatching people off the street and sending them away to brutal prisons in foreign lands with zero due process - and they won't even bring them back when they realize a mistake was made.
