It's also very replayable with the different races and faction backgrounds and story choices. You'll miss some of the cameos, lore and whatnot from previous games, but veilguard does have a codex and does a good job of explaining the backstory.

I really love veilguard. Despite its flaws, and it's tumultuous development, it's gorgeous, well-written, the characters are interesting and endearing, combat is super fun.
