Still have one Jiggy left in the toxic waste pool, which I figure I need to come back to later.
But yeah, I enjoyed it significantly more this time, and it didn’t take too long either! Took nearly an hour and a half of setting things up before the first Jiggy, but then they just kept on a-comin’.

This is one of the greatest video game remakes of all time. There is so much new content, it’s basically a new game. There is so much depth, character, and lore, all recontextualized into an incredible, epic finale for the Erdrick Trilogy. This is the good stuff.

Dragon Quest II HD-2D Remake

I don't know why everyone is complaining about Metroid Prime 4's desert music. I think it sounds great.

Luigi’s Mansion
I replayed this on NSO for Halloween. This is such a special game that I should’ve appreciated more when I was younger. It‘s brimming with atmosphere and feels very evocative of the first Resident Evil. The ending cutscene is still one of my favorite gaming moments ever.

This whole time, I’ve been complaining about the insane encounter rate in Dragon Quest II. Getting through some of these longer dungeons has been truly soul-draining.
Turns out I’ve had these Golden Claws equipped for nearly 20 hours of playtime without realizing they raise the encounter rate...
