I really hate when I order things, and they say they'll be here in plenty of time, but after I've paid and they've shipped, the date suddenly changes to way late. Like I wouldn't have ordered it had I known it would take that long.

So 13 year olds can now sign themselves up for school sports? And start practicing? Without any consent from the parents? Without even contacting the parents? That sounds like a liability to me.
