Funds are in EU, controlled by EU, but yes it used to be Russian funds years ago....

Not following the case of Charlie Kirk’s killing, but I see some similarities with Kirov's assassination in 1934. Stalin attended the funeral and used the assassination to start persecutions and later the great purge. We will see how far the similarity will go.
