Dit is denk ik echt complete onzin.

Het opgeven van soevereiniteit kan niet gebeuren zonder referenda in zowel Denemarken als Groenland, ook niet deels. Daar is Europa heel duidelijk in geweest. 1/2

Misschien tijd voor het Europese Anti-Coercion Instrument (ACI), wat er is voor dit soort momenten.

Hoog tijd dat we bewust voor groei kiezen waar iedereen van profiteert.

Het groenland bandje zal zich mogelijk herhalen onder Trump.

Dat maakt effectieve Europese samenwerking op korte termijn cruciaal, maar de huidige EU opzet bemoeilijkt dat.

Voor echte slagkracht is mogelijk een kleinere kern van landen nodig, met alle risico’s van dien. 1/x

Above all, the EU should aim for independence in three areas:
military & defense, energy (green or nuclear), and compute / AI.

Anything less is partial autonomy.

Aim high. Set a vision. Develop a strategy & execute!

Europe talks a lot about military independence, which is good and long overdue.

But the next dependency is not only that, it’s more and more AI models, compute, and cloud power. We need to build our own infrastructure here as well to become autonomous in the 21st century.
