I feel like a lot of people get pragmatism/realism mixed up with dooming, honestly. It's not pragmatic or realistic to jump straight to the worst case scenario, and it does more harm than good too

Literally the only substantial benefit of breastmilk is that it is free (important, obviously!) and readily available, assuming your body will make it.
