The Year Of The Backlog Chapter 3 (Okay, not exactly, I subscribed to Game Pass again, please forgive me). I played through Jusant, which I randomly remembered thinking looked neat when I saw the trailer months ago. Very chill, very beautiful. I want to say "cozy" but... heights 😓. 8/10

The Year Of The Backlog continues with Somerville! I enjoyed it, very cool looking game and they had some interesting environmental puzzles BUT the last act dragged quite a bit. You can pet the dog. 7/10.

My Steam Library got pretty dusty last year so I am committed to The Year Of The Backlog, where I will actually finish (or at least, try to finish) some goddamned video games.
Doom Eternal down. Very fun but also made me shake my fist at the monitor multiple times when I was being bad at it. 9/10

Just finished the audiobook and it was excellent. In the afterward, @swordsjew.bsky.social calls this “A big, loud book about quiet and terrible grief.” It’s powerful and important and some of the things she has to say really hurt to hear. Highly recommended.
