someone on the Motorola forums was having the same problem with the camera I've been having, but I just have to share the image they posted to demonstrate the issue.
it's the funniest shit I've ever seen in my life dude

The photo is of an elderly woman in gray clothes that has been so bizarrely processed that it looks both totally over and desaturated

Some shots from Kitt Peak National Observatory, the McMath–Pierce solar telescope, the Mayall Telescope, both its building and mirror, and the surrounding Tohono Oʼodham Nation.
The McMath–Pierce solar telescope, which used to funnel light from the sun several hundred feet underground, a nearly-full moon is directly overhead. The Mayall Telescope building, a large, capped cylindrical building that used to house full-time telescope operators, is in the bottom of the frame, beyond that and above is the boundless sky. The 4 meter primary mirror of the Mayall telescope, what used to be a general observation telescope in the 1970s has since been retrofitted to carry thousands of robotically controlled spectroscopic fibres for the DESI experiment. Facing north from Kitt Peak, into Tohono Oʼodham land, a snippet of the road leading up the mountain can be seen.

no you're totally right, if it's visible on the outside it's already sunk tendrils into the whole thing

yeah for terrestrial usecases you get basically equivalent effects for way less fuss just from putting a conventional warhead on an ICBM, Prompt Global Strike style

in retrospect I suppose it's no surprise then that the series hooked me because I've come to realise that that "wow and also whuh???" feeling is one of my favorite things to get out of a movie
