All the digital. Woke lefty. So Pro-EU it hurts. Atheist. Good at words, arguing and resting. Was timfg <-there, because I'm timfg everywhere. Might be retired.

Hopeful beyond hope for a return to decent, honest , compassionate and BRAVE politics
Danielle Pletka, commentating on @channel4news.bsky.social Like watching an animated Instagram filter. Because, that's pretty much what it is. She is 62.

Raises some interesting philosophical questions, people distorting their own physical presentation for television appearances.

Not sure what you could possibly do with our much loved Lily, who passed away at the end of last year. The world's most laid-back cat :-)

Nine tickets for the Warrington 'Neighbourhood Weekender' next year. £77 in additional fees for... what exactly? There is no 'service' apart from GUI and algorithm. No 'handling' whatsoever, all digital. And a 'facility charge'?

This kind of unavoidable profiteering should be banned.

If I have an interest in it, want to improve it, need to better understand it... and I can get hold of (or generate) some data around it... Well, it's going into Excel. Obv.

My friends think I'm weird. Because they lack insight.

I distinctly remember doing late-night, red wine, chocolate, when I first gawped over Twitter 15 years ago. Having the same with Bluesky now is a joy.

Not the first time I've opened this week's copy to find it's glued to the envelope, resulting in crumple and tear: you need to sort out your supplier @newstatesman.com
Mind you, last week's envelope contained two copies. Would love to know how many people that happened to :-)

Right. No suggestion of going back into the SM & CU (which no-one actually voted to leave anyway) because the British people voted to leave the EU almost a decade ago, a decision which all polling suggests people recognise, in significant majority, to have been a mistake. Mel Stride is a moron.

RIP Lily 2011-2024. Best cat I've shared a home with.

Done. My early Christmas gift to EM whose name, I have just realised, is an anagram of Noel Skum.

OutSunning The Sun at tabloidness whilst sliding further and further to the left. The Star may be becoming my favourite newspaper

This in incredibly annoying and unnecessary, your eyes drawn to it every time you scroll because it doesn't move with the feed. Discuss.
