Weather, climate change, air quality, community, gardens, photography, family. Certainly left of centre. Resident of Treaty 6 territory.

My image is from a street sketch bought in Havana a few years ago. A decent likeness.
Maybe we will see them revert to posting on a new platform - UCPLII - where the AG can review all before publication and request changes prior to publication. The independence of the judiciary is not at all guaranteed going forward with this government. #noqueens

I guess we will be moving to elected judges with party affiliations known. Gotta find someway to control the judiciary.

Every defence is a confession. The likelihood that illegal activities have occurred seems high with Dani and her minions.

Honestly not a good look. Wish we could withdraw hosting. Just feels like a certain set of German Olympics when countries all tried to pretend all was fine.

Elected them twice so ..... they have the evidence.

Somehow they still don't get the whole "can't put the genie back in the bottle" thing.

Danielle and Adriana keep trying to hire people more dimwitted they they are. Firings will continue until we get the most incompetent in position. It is the only way to fully break the system.

But .... his view would be the odds/likelihood of getting change is better when the market is behind the change.

I think Carney views economic instruments as more durable with changes in government -- they get a little bit 'sticky' for the companies who make 15-25 year investment decisions. Of course, there are plenty of examples where economic instruments have not been more durable than regulations.

Here in Alberta we will be pleasantly surprised if our provincial government spends their share on public healthcare. Hold them to account.

A functioning Pathways presumably can sequester the emissions from current and expanded (pipeline) emissions. IF this pipe dream works, we have a win (I think) even if the pipeline is never economically viable.
December 2, 2025 at 1:35 AM
Alberta chose "voluntary impoverishment" to increase emissions with their renewables rules. Just saying. Before we have to really debate or decide on a pipeline, we have a condition called a functioning CCUS system named Pathways. Will Carney keep that as a condition if it fails to work?

Maybe Noem has a dog for him?

Narrator: it turned out he was actually that foolish.
November 30, 2025 at 10:03 PM
Nope. Not trying to placate Smith or her band of separatists. Simply extending the opportunity for Alberta to meet the climate commitments while developing. A big opportunity for Alberta …. But very very difficult to achieve.

well ... their leader seems to have one view "what is in it for my pocket book". And having a collections of Fox News hosts as your key syncophants is really great for developing that view.
