Last weekend I ran Eastern States 100, a 103-mile trail run in the Pennsylvania Wilds. Up and down every mountain around Pine Creek, 20,000+ feet of vertical. It was a beautiful challenge!

Last weekend I ran Eastern States 100, a 103-mile trail run in the Pennsylvania Wilds. Up and down every mountain around Pine Creek, 20,000+ feet of vertical. It was a beautiful challenge!
