Cautious but unapologetic progressive. Proud to say I voted against Trump twice, and I’ll do so again when he runs a third time
He’s a Trump lackey and morally bankrupt political coward.

It’s going to be burned down for condos, mark my words. He doesn’t care about the arts, and neither do the people who voted for him

Sometime ago, I decided that my immediate vicinity was no longer a safe zone for willful ignorance. That I would call out distractions to critical issues facing our world, and facing me personally. That choice requires calm consideration, but it doesn’t require politeness #MeInANutshell.

I took most of the day off after hearing about Rob Reiner because I was speechless, and I’m never speechless. Even more so after I heard about Trump‘s comments. Resolving the issues you referred to requires a level of focus and organization that we’re not capable of as a country right now.

Given what’s out there I would say your threshold is pretty low if you’re going to include this thread in that kind of evaluation. What about basic moral bankruptcy? Completely unqualified cabinet members leading & destroying the departments they are supposedly in charge of? What are you going for?

Odd comment to make on a 25 day old post, but by all means, you be you. I didn’t say that B-52’s were going over Venezuela, I said Don Lemon said so. If that doesn’t qualify things to your expectations, none of it takes away from the fact that the President is the worst president we’ve ever had.

We’re in big trouble internationally. Anyone who is vacationing in South America anytime soon ought to think twice about that trip.

Steve Scalise is a really stupid person.

I don’t live in Texas, so I can’t vote, but if I did, I really do believe I’d vote for Crockett. James Talarico is a good man and a talented rhetorician, but he is not different enough to shake things up. Of course, I would never vote for a republican, especially a Texas Republican.

Rob Reiner is dead and I’m just not finding this very funny tonight. Sorry, Adam.
December 15, 2025 at 4:33 AM
Rob Reiner is dead, so is his wife, we’re suffering a miserable cold snap here in DC, and Trump is still president, willfully ignorant, and dangerously crazy. Maybe it will be a better week. Godspeed, Mr. Nichols.

Seriously, people getting shot on an Ivy League campus and these bozos want to argue about minor differences in geography?
December 15, 2025 at 4:07 AM
That’s not accurate. The majority did.

That’s always been the danger of this. I’m not even sure that I would travel Europe if I have the opportunity to do so. I don’t presume that Europeans are inclined to parts the difference between Trump and average Americans who are still concerned about what’s going on in the world. Why would they?

And as an American who has lived on the East Coast for my entire life and has been to Florida many times, I’ll do what I need to do for any job obligations but my vacation money and time will not be spent there
December 13, 2025 at 2:14 AM
If you live in Florida, voted for DeSantis or otherwise support the Republican Party, you’ve bought into this BS. I don’t feel good about wishing ill on anyone, but you’ve invited this upon yourself and I find it difficult to feel sorry for you.

Calibri debuted in Office 2007 as the new default because it was:
• Designed for LCD screens
• Wider letter spacing
• Softer curves
• Better differentiation between letters (I, l, 1, O, 0, etc.)
December 10, 2025 at 2:04 AM
The Secretary of State is a moron: “Microsoft moved from Times New Roman to Calibri because computer screens—and how we read on them—fundamentally changed. They needed a font designed for digital first, not for printing presses.”.

Here’s one suck up, talking to another suck up. Why does anyone care what they have to say?

By the Time this is done we’re going to make Cuba look good. This administration is the worst thing that could’ve possibly happened to the country.

Well, it’s good to see him reading something I guess
