Turns out that my sister's dog IS gonna come live with me.
My sister lives on a very busy road, and Sadie is an escape artist.
She says that she'd feel way worse about her getting hit by a car than Sadie living with me 10 miles away.
Don't know if this is permanent, but I ain't complaining.
