Lotta turnover in the building lately. The gal upstairs had lived here since like 2009 and moved in the spring. I have my gripes, but 1. location, 2. significantly below-market rent for the time being, and 3. l o c a t i o n
I like to keep an eye on neighborhood rental listings even though my lease isn't up until end of April. Looks like my next door neighbors are moving out, the unit is listed (at $300 more/month than what I am paying right now)
