The next step for Trump is to send a US citizen convicted of something like child murder and rape to CECOT in El Salvador. It'll set the precedent to send citizens there while neutralizing outrage over it because of the heinous nature of their crimes. Then it'll any felony and then protestors.

I just spent the most money I have ever spent on a movie.

I grew up with the theatrical cut of Amadeus. I adore it. I moved out nearly twenty years ago and since that time, I've had only the director's cut available to me. I HATE that version.

Now, after 20 years, it's mine once again. No regrets.

David Lynch. I watched his entire filmography last year. Learned about him. Watched documentaries about him. Read his writing. Watched an unhealthy number of his weather report videos. He changed my life and now he's gone.

I feel... cracked somehow.

I had a delightful time watching 'Three Thousand Years of Longing' (2022 dir. George Miller.) It's a lovely film. The only downside I can think of is simply that there is not more of it. A thoughtful and entertaining piece on the nature of desire.

Went to Urgent Care about a cough, and they found this sick-ass nodule in my lungs. I'm excited about getting a CAT scan. It's been too long.
