The others leaving are "squadfillers" imo. Necessary riders, but there's plenty of guys on that level looking for contracts and you can quite easily replace them (which they have)

It kind of depends on how the you guys develop. I think Houle and Bussato are pretty much 1-for-1 replacements for Meurisse and Vermeersch. So the guys the young guys really need to replace are Kielich (who is a bit underrated imo) and Hermans. Not impossible, but this year might be a bit soon.
