What’s wrong is that anyone has to pay for emergency care.

We can fund such care by everyone paying taxes on a progressive basis that would be used to fund it. It would be cheaper to have a single payer system than the extraordinary combination of high costs and poor outcomes that we have now.

The president and his cabinet now issue flagrantly illegal orders on a routine basis. We can only hope that they, and their quisling enablers, will one day be held to account. I fear things will continue to get worse before they get better, sadly.
