As a teen, Snoop Dogg was gang affiliated in the crips, who wore blue. They were (and still are) in a gang war with the bloods, who wore red.

I’m finally losing inches, not weight yet. If feels like after a certain age it’s damn near impossible to do. I spent the last 8 weeks/5 days a week doing the 12/3/30 treadmill challenge. I started adding strength training this week. I’m going to continue for another 5 weeks and see how it goes. 🤞🏽

Just finished two books that were in my library forever…Moonwalking with Einstein & Animal Farm.
Animal Farm was too short, but an excellent read. Moonwalking with Einstein was too long, but had some great tips to help with memory.
