Can you imagine a nice hot cup of chamomile before bed to calm you down and you just get a whiff of fear toxin as you inhale the steam from the cup? Like "they've been at this for weeks" no one noticed an uptick in people having terrifying hallucinations after boiling water for pasta?

I do it while watching scary movies. It helps to reward redundant nonsense with jump scare dopamine.
